Always ready with a warm smile and personalized care. And let's talk about the Afternoon Tea, it was a good mix of savory and sweet, perfectly paired with exquisite tea that I couldn't get enough of!

The Superior ADA Mobility Room with double beds reminded me of a cozy retreat. The beds were comfortable. I enjoyed a couple of soothing massages at the spa. The staff there was great with their attentiveness. It's so conveniently located, only a short drive to great restaurants, made dining out very easy. The dining options were somewhat limited, and I found the parking fees to be higher than I anticipated. The lobby bar could use faster service.

Location: the hotel was next to San Francisco and both highway and beautiful residential neighborhoods for those who prefer to jog, walk or bike rather than the fitness center and a shopping mall with a big IKEA. Bakery Izzys Brooklyn Bagels located 1 mi away was a nice surprise...

Great spa treatments and comfy beds, but a bit noisy at night.

Location: the hotel was really close to a corporate center and a commercial " mall " and beautiful residential neighborhoods. Had tea and goodies at Izzys Brooklyn Bagels, nestled 1 mi of the venue.

pleasant stay with a few notes
The customer service impressed me greatly. The staff showed genuine happiness in assisting us. The Superior ADA Room king bed was spacious and very comfortable.
Some aspects of the dining experience did not meet expectations.

Ideal for families seeking comfort
Cleanliness was great, you could feel it everywhere man. And the staff, they're like trained soldiers, efficient and friendly, just makes all the difference when you're exhausted.
Yeah, it wasn't exactly budget-friendly, but in this case, I think it was worth it.
